In my weight loss journey I have lost 100lbs, 60lbs,40lbs, over and over again. I can get the weight off, but keeping it off is where most of my issues lie.
It just seems that after I am just settling into my new look I start to return to old habits and before I know it I am gradually back to square one. This is so frustrating!!
Knowing what to do is easy. Practicing it is the challenge. Once again I am on a new journey to keeping off the weight.
Hopefully with the tips above and some new strategies I will finally conquer for the last time.
